Compassion International Sponsored Children
Confirmation classes are encouraged to grow deeper in their faith by sponsoring a child through Compassion International. To correspond with your Compassion Child, you can use the online stationary. Be sure to include the Christ Church sponsor number as well as child number on all correspondence. Correspondence should be mailed to Compassion International, Colorado Springs, CO 80997.

Dennis Mike
The 2007-2008 Confirmation Class has adopted Dennis Mike through Compassion International. Dennis, born March 4th, 1997, lives in Ghana with his grandmother.
Dennis is not currently attending school, but he loves to play soccer and other group games. He also attends church and Bible class regularly.

Sarah Fedrick Miyoda Update
The 2008-2009 Confirmation Class originally adopted Katherini Shabani Ramadhani through Compassion International. Unfortunately we've received the following update from Compassion International:
“We have learned that she has run away from home and is no longer participating in our sponsorship program. Regrettably, we do not know the circumstances that led to this situation, and our attempts to locate her have been unsuccessful.”

The class has been assigned a new child, Sarah Fedrick Miyoda (TZ-314-0212). We do not have a picture of her yet, but we will post it and additional information as it become available.
