As a Marriage Enrichment Team, we provide opportunities to foster healthy marriages with a God-centered foundation. All Marriage Enrichment activities are open to church members and visitors alike.
Look though the list below to find an opportunity for you. We always need additional volunteers for this ministry. To serve contact one of the leaders listed at the bottom of this page.
Couples' Movie Night
ALL couples (not just married couples) are invited to join us for a “date-night” at Christ Church! Invite your neighbors and friends for popcorn, soft drinks and a movie. Details of the next movie night to be announced soon.

Parents' Night Out
Are you ready for your Date Night and need a place for children? Christ Church offers Parents’ Night Out on the first Friday of the month from 6:00 - 10:00 pm. Children birth through 5th grade are invited.
We will have dinner and age appropriate games, crafts, movies and fun. Cost is $15/child. The deadline is the prior Wednesday, and pre-registration with payment is required to reserve your spot. Space is limited! We also need a Parental Consent to Medical Treatment for all kids.

Small Group Studies
Join one of our small group studies to learn new ways to enhance your marriage through weekly discussions/lessons that last between four to eight weeks. These studies are offered throughout the year by our Adult Sunday School, Home Groups and Marriage Ministry team.
Some of the topics include Commitment, Communication, Family Roles, Conflict Resolution, The Second Half of Marriage and many more. Watch the calendar for the next exciting studies to be offered.
Marriage Enrichment Retreats
Want to learn how to make your good marriage great? Your great marriage even better? Marriage Enrichment Retreats will enable couples to nurture their invaluable yet constantly changing relationships.
These retreats are not designed for couples in need of marriage therapy. Their purpose is to enhance the lives of committed married couples who are interested in learning new skills for enriching their relationship, thereby developing mutual joy for the many years ahead.
Couples will learn to dream new dreams together, improve communication, process conflict effectively, increase their sense of humor, deepen their intimacy and develop new insights, while in the company of other couples who also want to improve their marriages. Marriage Enrichment Workshops
Your marriage relationship can be strengthened with love, learning, communication and acceptance. At these workshops, significant growth is possible in your marriage relationship because of the love you have for each other. "Enrichment" means to discover, release and grow. Marriage Mentors
We believe that the most significant life change occurs in the context of meaningful relationships. The goal of our Marriage Mentors is to develop fully devoted followers of Christ who help others become fully devoted followers, patterned after the model in 2 Timothy 2:2 (the older are to invest in the younger).
Our Marriage Mentors are first trained and then paired with engaged couples or couples who have been married for months or decades. The program will allow mentors to encourage a younger couple who has less “marriage mileage.”
We are in need of mentors as we build this ministry. We are not looking for people with a perfect marriage; we know there's no such thing. We are looking for couples who have relied on Christ to grow them through the challenges of married life, and who are willing to allow God to use those life experiences as a tool in His hand.
