Recreation
Our purpose is to offer recreational programs for adults, a variety of on-going health and fitness classes as well as various social activities during the year. While all of our events are designed to promote health, fitness, and fun, our main objective is to reach out in the name of Christ to the community. This ministry provides a safe, relaxing way to invite others to join in the fellowship and love of Jesus Christ. You do not have to be a member of Christ Church to join us at any of our recreation activities.
Adult Co-ed Volleyball League
Our co-ed volleyball league plays at the Family Life Center Gymnasium every Tuesday evening from 7:00 until 10:00 pm. Each league runs for 8-12 weeks, and consists of 8 recreation-level teams. A post-season tournament completes the season. Individuals, couples, as well as full teams, are welcome to join the league. There is a nominal fee per team/player. Contact Tom Brune.
