Children's Choirs
Our Children's Music program includes children in preschool through fifth grade. They sing in the worship services periodically throughout the year and at special occasions. They also present musicals in the fall during the Live Nativity and in the spring.
Children's Choirs meet each Wednesday during the school year from 5:30 - 6:30 pm. Classes will consist of two 30-minute lessons in music, art, dance, games, music theory, drama and instruments such as recorders, bells, chimes and boomwhackers.
Sunday Singers meet each Sunday during the school year during either the 8:15 or 11:05 worship service. There is also a Children's Chimes program which is open to kids in grades 3 - 5. This choir meets from 5:00 - 5:30 pm.
Children who have registered for the Children's Music Program may participate in the age-graded choirs on Wednesdays and/or participate in Sunday Singers.

Whimsical Wednesdays
The following choirs rehearse on Wednesday evenings during the school year. Children may join choir at any time.
Cherub Chimes
In this choir, the children play small bells or chimes. It is open to children from 3rd through 5th grade. The choir rehearses from 5:00 – 5:30 pm in room 11 (under the Sanctuary) and is under the direction of Lajuan Ellis-Thayer. This choir includes training in music reading and ensemble playing.
"Wee"joice Choir
This choir consists of children in Pre-K and Kindergarten and meets in room 11/12 from 5:30 - 6:30 pm. This choir is under the direction of Carla Rozario.
Music Makers Choir
This choir consists of children in 1st and 2nd grade and meets in room 11/12 (under the Sanctuary) from 5:30 - 6:30 pm. This choir is under the direction of Carla Rozario.
Finale Choir
This choir, made up of 3rd – 5th graders meets in the choir room (under the Sanctuary) from 5:30 - 6:30 pm and is under the direction of Lajuan Ellis-Thayer.
Sunday Singers
The Sunday Singers (Pre-K- 5th grade) meet Sunday during the 8:15 service and are under the direction of Lajuan Ellis-Thayer. Children participating in Sunday Singers leave the Sanctuary following the Children's Sermon and are taken to choir. They can be picked up in the Chapel (by the nursery) immediately following the service.
During the 11:05 service children can participate by meeting in Room 203 directly following the 9:45 service or Sunday school.
