Children's Ministry
Christ Church's Children's Ministry is committed to providing each child with a lifetime love of Jesus Christ. Programs encourage children's spiritual, emotional, physical, and social development following the examples of Jesus Christ as taught in the Bible. Christ Church provides a loving and nurturing environment for learning about and experiencing God in our daily lives.
Our Children's Ministry is responsible for the following:
Jesus said, “Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them;

Kid's Korner
All children 18 month (as of Sept 1) and older are encouraged to attend Sunday school at 9:45 am. All children should check in at one of the computer kiosk stations for a room assignment and name tag. Security tags will be given to parents of children 2nd grade and younger.
Summer Sunday School:
- Snails will remain in room 100A (minimum of 2 adults needed each week)
- Turtles and Frogs will meet in room 102 (min of 3 adults)
Sheep and Camels will meet in room 103 (min. of 3 adults)
- Tigers and Bears will meet in room 106 (min. of 3 adults)
- Owls and Eagles will meet in room 111 (min of 3 adults)
- 1st-4th grade will be in room 210/211 (min. of 4 adults)
- Current 5th graders will move into Youth Sunday school and meet in Room 302/303 (beginning June 13)
Please Help our VBS Craft Team: We're going to need plastic container lids (sour cream, butter, cottage cheese, etc...), and scrapbook paper for our craft projects this year. We are asking the congregation to save these items as you use them in your homes. Donations can be dropped off in the Children’s Ministry office or in the collection bin on the ground floor.
Summer Camps: Christ Church is offering over 30 camps this summer for children ages 2 (by Sept 1st, 2009) through current 5th grade. See the complete list of camps.

Volunteer Opportunities
There are many opportunities to serve in the Children’s Ministry department. We have an All-star team of adult and youth volunteers, and we would love to have you be part of our team.
