Welcome to Christ United Methodist Church
We extend to all a warm and cordial invitation to Christ United Methodist Church. Our goal is for visitors, newcomers and members to experience the graciousness of God in a welcoming community of faith where all can establish a meaningful relationship with Jesus Christ and each other. Our vision is to be a church in which every person is actively growing as a disciple by being connected to Jesus Christ, to others in the body of Christ and to the community. Our mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. To accomplish this, we have four major strategies:
Invite people to Christ
Inspire people in relevant worship to grow closer to God
Include people in a smaller group for Christian love and support
Involve people in a ministry to change the world
Welcome Table
Our Welcome Table is open every Sunday morning for the benefit of our visitors. Located between the stairs to the Sanctuary, in the center of the Gathering Hall, the Welcome Table is staffed by volunteers who can provide you with more information about the church and direct you to services, Sunday School classes and other activities. Please stop by the Welcome Table to pick up a visitor information packet and a gift.
