Rev. Morris Matthis, Senior Pastor
In June of 2006, I received my appointment to Christ United Methodist Church from the Bishop of our conference. As Senior Pastor, my principle responsibilities are preaching on Sunday mornings and working with staff and leaders to make certain our ministries are fulfilling the vision and purpose of our church. Working with other clergy staff, I also administer the Sacraments and provide pastoral care to the people of this great congregation.
