Jim Love, Director of Discipleship Ministries
Christ Church has been my family’s “home” church for the better part of the last decade. In the 1990’s I began volunteering in the youth department here as a small group leader and since that time, God has led me on a fantastic journey into full-time ministry as I have served as Youth Director at Fulshear First UMC and at Faith UMC.
In September, 2007 I had the honor of returning to serve here at Christ Church as the Director of Youth ministries, and I became the Director of Discipleship Ministries in December of 2009. I have found through the years that God is good and can teach us amazing things about ourselves and our faith as we learn to trust in God as we travel through life.
